Construction to Begin at the Glen Town Center

Welcome to the Glen Town Center Streetscape construction blog!  Each week updates will be given regarding construction progress from the following week, anticipated work to occur the upcoming week, and other information.  Additional information will also be provided on a periodic basis via mailed or hand-delivered letters, email updates, and direct communication.

Anticipated Start Dates

Soft Start (mobilization, saw cutting, utility locating) – March 21

Hard Start (phasing and traffic control begins) – March 28

March – June 2016:  Bulk of work

Underground utilities
Stone base and concrete (regular, fast setting, decorative)

June – September 2016:  Minor disruptions

Finalized electrical (up-lighting and wiring)

Irrigation
Landscaping
Punch list work
